Benjamin started swim lessons last week! He did SO great in his first class and we were so proud of our little fish...or starfish I should say (he's in the Starfish 1 class). Matt is off work every other Friday which meant he was able to attend B's first lesson. I will be in the water with him from here on out, but for his first class, Daddy did the swimming while I took the pictures! The entire class is done through song, for example, "the babies in the pool go splish, splish splash..." to the tune of Wheels on the Bus.

During the class, Benjamin was dunked completely under water for the first time...
He was too young to have any fear so he was completely fine after his first dunk and for all of the ones after that! The other boys were slightly older and they weren't quite as thrilled with their dunks ;)
Because Benjamin isn't 6 months old yet, he did slightly different things during the class geared toward younger babies...
So while the other boys tried to float on their backs in the main pool, Benjamin got to float in his own personal baby pool :)
